I-Beam designed a new type of white space minimum which could expose the art collection of the apartment owners. Their spatial concept reflects on the composition strategies used in the paint to achieve this. The loft includes a guest room, a home entertainment center, an office, a dining room opened, numerous cabinets and mobile display panels, so there is enough space for an art collection constantly changing. Bathroom is interesting because it is made of etched mirror acid, which gives the impression of enlargement of the space and the suspended gravity. There are almost no doors around the apartment outside bathroom separating the bathroom from the bedroom. The total area is 100 square feet loft and use the white variety that expand the space even more. [I-Beam Design]
