Balaam house is a private residence on an urban site is designed in harmony with the environment and weather conditions in the region. It is built with zinc use of aluminum, concrete, wood and rich raw battens. Although this combination of materials is quite usual for other regions, it is very popular in hot countries. Besides capturing river views from different sides, the house also has an impressive private garden that is large playground for children and to relax around a fireplace. Another unique feature of the project is the cantilevered pool that offers eaves to the main entrance with its centerpiece, the end of glass. Although the house has a modern design not typical in this region, it seems quite modern.
