A large attic of 127 feet and Claudia Jeff Wardell Sagan turned into a cool minimalist space where there is everything a guest house and a work desk. The floor is wooden, the walls now have a texture that makes them look like a warehouse but it's the owners wanted. The plan is open, thanks to large windows with lots of light inside.
