Setia Eco Villa Park, designed by TWS & Partners, is located in the planting of coconut palms in 15 minutes drive from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The design is modern, inspired by Asian style architecture, but with an appreciation in the tropical environment. There was not much free space on the site so that the roof garden with rainwater catchment surfaces was created. The canopy roof has solar panels that reduce 30% of the energy consumed by the villa. The house is an excellent example of modern sustainable architecture that uses the site as thoughtful as possible.
